Viral stray dog relaxing inside the mall promoted as security officer

Looks like someone can’t wait for the Black Friday sale?

Kidding aside, Filipino netizens, especially furry lovers, approved the kind act of a security officer to a dog lying on the floor inside a mall. The Vista Mall security officer carefully escorted the dog to go outside.

The kind act of the security officer was caught in a video by Jan Mart Calimpong during his visit to Vista Mall Taguig. Calimpong uploaded the video on Facebook and eventually received positive reactions from the netizens. The adorable moment of the two has been viral on social media, four days after it was posted.

In the Facebook post, Calimpong applauded the mall’s management and employees for the kind treatment of Dogdog, the name of the stray dog turned instant celebrity.

“Nice job Vista Mall employees. Though this dog entered the mall premises unnoticed, I was glad he was not treated harshly when sent back outside, instead the guard escorted him like he was their pet,” Calimpong wrote.

“To the Vista Mall Taguig management, I commend you for this. Ang cute lang kasi parang nainitan na talaga si doggy sa labas,” he added.

Rico Bucan Suco, the owner of the dog, gladly announced that Dogdog has been promoted as a member of the security team of the mall. Moreover, the viral video also got featured on CNN Philippines, Philippine Star, PTV, and One News.
